Eden Medical Recruitment’s screening and interviewing procedures ensure the highest calibre of candidates are presented to the client for appraisal in a professional and succinct format.
All our candidates are thoroughly screened through some of the following processes as required: -

  • Initial telephone screening, Intense face-to-face interview
  • CV checks i.e. investigation of career gaps
  • Quality checks – professional, academic and qualification check
    with relevant bodies
  • References - We take up a minimum of three references (one from
    current or previous employer)
  • Security checks i.e. criminal records bureau check
  • Psychometric testing
  • English language assessment exam (related to conversational
     
    English, clinical and medical words) for any candidate without
    English as first language
