Initial telephone screening, Intense face-to-face interview
CV checks i.e. investigation of career gaps
Quality checks – professional, academic and qualification check with relevant bodies
References - We take up a minimum of three references (one from current or previous employer)
Security checks i.e. criminal records bureau check
Psychometric testing
English language assessment exam (related to conversational English, clinical and medical words) for any candidate without English as first language
